Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing client bills related to fire fighting projects, AMC services, materials, and installations. The role requires coordination with site engineers, accounts, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing as per contracts and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    RA bills, final bills, and running bills
    for fire fighting projects
  • Generate
    tax invoices
    for supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and AMC work
  • Verify
    BOQ, work completion reports, site measurements, and approvals
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
    for billing data and certifications
  • Ensure billing as per
    work orders, contracts, and agreed terms
  • Maintain billing records, client-wise and project-wise documentation
  • Track client payments, outstanding invoices, and follow-up
    with accounts team
  • Prepare
    debit notes / credit notes
    when required
  • Ensure compliance with
    GST regulations
    , HSN/SAC codes, and tax documentation
  • Assist in
    client reconciliation statements
    and billing-related audits
  • Support accounts department for monthly and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of
    fire fighting systems
    (hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, suppression systems)
  • Understanding of
    MEP billing processes
  • Familiarity with BOQ, RA billing, and measurement sheets
  • Working knowledge of GST billing and invoicing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce / Finance / Engineering (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in billing within fire fighting / MEP / construction industry
  • Experience handling
    project billing and client coordination
    is mandatory
