About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader to take on the role of CEO or COO for a reputed construction company with an annual turnover of over - 400 Crores. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments including projects, operations, sales, finance, and HR.
  • Oversee the execution of 6-9+ large-scale construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing operations, and improving profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, vendors, and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across all functions.
  • Report to the Board and keep them informed of operational milestones and financial health.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate/construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CEO/COO/Director).
  • Must have handled a minimum turnover of - 200 Crores.
  • Proven track record in managing large value projects (6 to 9+ projects) ranging from high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure developments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and project execution skills.
  • Highly dynamic, hands-on, and process-oriented professional.
  • Strong understanding of real estate regulations, procurement, contracts, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
  • Professionals from other metro cities with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Engineering background (Civil preferred); MBA is a plus.
