Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday – Full Day, Saturday – Half Day, Sunday – Fixed Off)
Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive Salary Package + Lucrative Commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Present and explain products/services clearly, persuasively, and professionally over the phone.
- Accurately maintain, update, and manage customer databases.
- Address customer queries, resolve objections, and provide the right solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & Bengali (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales/telecalling (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to confidently handle customer objections and close sales.
- Professional attitude, target-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
