About AniGears
AniGears Engineering Solutions is a growing manufacturer and supplier of power transmission products such as couplings and pulleys, serving steel, cement, and heavy industries across India. We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to join our Kolkata office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote AniGears' products (gear couplings, pin bush couplings, tyre couplings, resilient couplings, pulleys, etc.).
- Generate leads, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Explain product details in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Support overall sales operations from the office.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Graduate preferred.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Personality: Confident, clear communicator, and persuasive.
- Technical Understanding: Should be able to understand and explain basic details about mechanical/industrial goods.
- Computer Skills: Must know MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, and general computer usage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in telesales/inside sales preferred (B2B or industrial sector is a plus).

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
