Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles across departments (Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, etc.).

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring goals.

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with departments for technical rounds.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to track hiring progress.

  • Collaborate with onboarding teams for smooth joining and induction.

  • Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.

  • Strong understanding of hiring for sales and credit profiles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient with ATS, job portals, and MS Office tools.
