We Are Hiring HR Executive In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: HR Manager 
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head
Employment Type: Full-Time
(Male & Female both can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll data, etc.) in internal HR databases.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and regulations.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and labor laws.

  • Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.

  • Contribute to policy development and improvements in HR procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

  • Familiarity with labor legislation and payroll procedures.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
