Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Deliver soft skills and technical skills training on all aspects of the sales voice process.

  2. Conduct classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) to support new hires during transition to the production floor.

  3. Perform skills gap analysis, prepare engaging learning material, and evaluate performance after each training session.

  4. Design, update, and maintain training manuals, content, guides, and course materials.

  5. Demonstrate strong analytical, probing, presentation, and coaching skills to improve overall team effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience as a Trainer for sales voice process (preferably US Shift/BPO domain).

  2. Comfortable working in night shifts (US Process) and work from office environment.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.

  4. People-oriented, patient, approachable, and capable of motivating trainees.

  5. Proficiency in soft skills, voice & accent, technology skills, sales training, and the ability to give constructive feedback positively.
