Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Inbound Calls

We are seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Customer Service Executive to manage inbound calls and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide information regarding products, services, or inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the concern, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
  • Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
