Location: Dahej (Plant)

Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 per month

Experience: 1 4 years

Gender Preference: Male (due to plant-based role & shift requirements)

Job Responsibilities

HR Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for plant staff.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR database.
  • Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling.

Admin Functions:

  • Oversee plant administration (canteen, housekeeping, security, transport).
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations support.
  • Manage stationery, utilities, and other admin supplies.
  • Liaise with local authorities as required.

Key Skills Required

  • Knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and plant HR practices.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on with MS Office & HR systems.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability in plant environment.

Qualification

  • Graduate / BBA/MBA in HR / Industrial Relations preferred.
