Administration Executive

Job Role
To oversee and manage all administrative, facility, transport, and canteen-related activities during the setup and operational phases of the Greenfield project at Dahej, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
Job Description
1. Transport Management
- Manage staff and contractor transport facilities for site and plant operations.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling, vendor management, and fuel/maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and vehicle documentation.
2. Canteen Management
- Oversee daily canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate meal planning and cost control with the canteen contractor.
- Conduct regular inspections and feedback sessions with employees.
3. Facility & Site Administration
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and utility services during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Maintain office infrastructure, guesthouse, and site facilities.
- Monitor consumables, stationery, and administrative expense control.
4. General Administration
- Support all administrative functions during the Greenfield project phase.
- Liaise with local authorities and vendors for statutory and utility services.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping related to admin operations.
- Support the project team in logistics, accommodation, and event coordination.
5. Greenfield Project Support
- Coordinate with project and HR teams for site setup requirements.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff and their basic facility arrangements.
- Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operational phase.
