Job Summary:
The Admin Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position involves providing administrative support, managing office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting various departments to facilitate efficient work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage schedules and appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing meeting materials.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and maintained.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Facilitate good communication channels across the organization.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with different departments to support organizational goals.
- Prepare data and reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in an administrative role (at least 2-3 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (if applicable).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
