• Create, Delete & Manage Users Groups Account, Assigning privileges to users
• Configuring RAID Mirror (Raid-I), RAID 5 and RAID 10 on Dell and HP servers
• Following Applications Deep Knowledge would be preferred (MoveiT, Cribl, Keeper, PWS, XTAM)
• Exposure and Deep Knowledge on Centre of Internet Security and Benchmarking Hardening (CIS) would be preferred.
• CIS benchmark document to understand the recommended security configurations and best practices.
• Implement the security configurations and settings recommended in the CIS benchmark.
• Configure user accounts, file permissions, network settings, and other system parameters as specified in the benchmark document.
• Engineers may need to modify configuration files, use group policies (on Windows), or run command-line tools to apply the recommended changes.
• After applying the recommended configurations, thoroughly test your system to ensure that it still functions as expected.
• Test different aspects of your system's functionality, including network connectivity, application functionality, and user access.
• Educate your team members and system administrators about the importance of adhering to the CIS benchmark and following security best practices.
• Exposure about updates and changes to the CIS benchmarks by regularly checking the CIS website for the latest versions.
• Verify that the security settings have been correctly applied in terms of CIS benchmarks and that there are no unintended consequences.
