SME Informatica / Celebrus (Administration, Architecture & Advanced Operations)

Required Technical Skill Set

  • Informatica (Axon, EDC, IDQ, CDC) advanced administration, architecture design, performance tuning, workflow optimization, data governance & metadata management, patch/upgrade planning, capacity management, automation (Unix Shell/Python/Ansible), SQL/PLSQL, backup/recovery, security & compliance, monitoring/alerting frameworks. Celebrus advanced platform administration – Collection/Configuration/Profile servers, clustering, data enrichment, data loader, data streams, activation pipelines, dashboards, event store, SSL & license management.

Must-Have -

  • Deep expertise in Informatica administration: Axon, EDC, IDQ, CDC – including architecture design, performance tuning, upgrade & migration planning.

- Advanced Celebrus administration & architecture: Collection/Configuration/Profile servers, clustering, scaling, high availability, and disaster recovery.

- Strong knowledge of data enrichment, mappings, processing, activation pipelines, data loader, and streams maintenance.

- Expertise in capacity planning, license optimization, monitoring & alerting frameworks.

- Experience with end-to-end release/change management processes in enterprise-scale environments.

- Proven track record in automation of admin tasks (Shell, Python, Ansible).

- Strong RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills – lead post-mortems and preventive action planning.

- Hands-on with security, compliance, audit, and data protection policies.

- Prior experience in vendor coordination with Informatica & Celebrus support for escalations.

- Ability to mentor and guide L2/L3 administrators.

Responsibilities

  • • Design and review architecture for high availability, DR, and performance optimization.
  • Drive upgrades, patching, and migration projects with zero/minimal downtime.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fix implementations for high-severity incidents.
  • Ensure data governance, metadata quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build automation frameworks for monitoring, backup/restore, deployments, and operations.
  • Define and enforce best practices, operational standards, and security guidelines.
  • Mentor L2 support engineers and enable knowledge transfer/training programs.
  • Collaborate with DB, Infra, Security, and Business teams for cross-platform integrations.
  • Work directly with product vendors (Informatica, Celebrus) for escalations and roadmap planning.
  • Proactively monitor platform health and recommend enhancements.
