
IT Support Technician L3 Support

L3 support, the highest tier, involves managing the most complex and critical technical issues, acting as a point of escalation for L1 and L2 support, and collaborating with developers or vendors to find comprehensive solutions. L3 support engineers are experts in their field, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing system problems, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of L3 Support:
- **Troubleshooting and Diagnosis**:Identifying and resolving complex issues that L1 and L2 support cannot handle.
- **System Optimization**:Analyzing system logs and performance data, proposing solutions, and implementing changes to improve system performance and stability.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other support levels, developers, and vendors to find comprehensive solutions.
- **Documentation**:Creating knowledge base articles and other resources to share expertise with the support team.
- **Escalation and Coordination**:Ensuring that issues are properly escalated and that all parties involved are kept informed.
- **Problem Management**:Developing and implementing solutions to recurring problems, including scripting, patching, and updates.
- **Knowledge Sharing**:Mentoring and training junior support members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- **System Architecture and Design**:Proposing and implementing changes to system architecture to improve performance and stability.
- **Data Center Operations**:Managing and maintaining data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
Examples of L3 Support Tasks:
- **Advanced Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing complex network issues, performance bottlenecks, or software bugs.
- **Database Administration**: Managing and troubleshooting database systems.
- **Server Maintenance**: Performing server repairs and upgrades.
- **Network and Infrastructure**: Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, configuring firewalls, and managing network devices.
- **Data Center Operations**: Maintaining and optimizing data center infrastructure.
- **Code Analysis**: Analyzing code to identify and resolve software issues.
- **Solution Development**: Developing and deploying scripts, patches, and updates to address technical issues.
- **Collaboration with Developers**: Working with developers to resolve deep-rooted problems and implement long-term solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
