The PFSS HR Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM within the organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of Workday People Experience to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
- Manage the integration of PeopleSoft SCM to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing Workday and PeopleSoft tools effectively.
