Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will handle core HR processes including employee documentation, HRIS management, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR reporting. This is a critical role that ensures seamless HR functioning and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation and system access.
  • Manage HR documentation such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letter, ID cards, etc.
  • Support monthly payroll input processes and coordinate with Finance for payouts.
  • Track attendance, leave, and time-off data; generate reports as required.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist with audits and compliance checks.
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and other operations-related matters.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Maintain trackers for benefits, insurance, statutory compliance, and performance cycles.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced or mid-sized organization.
  • Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HR software Keka will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
