Core Responsibilities

  • Ad Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for multiple brands (Dental Clinics, Dental Academy, SaaS, Lab).
  • Define audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Maintain and optimise conversion campaigns, retargeting flows, and lead magnets.
  • Creative Design & Copy
  • Independently design ad creatives (static, carousel, video) using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
  • Write compelling ad copy with CTA alignment to landing pages.
  • Maintain brand consistency across visuals.
  • Landing Pages & Funnels
  • Build and optimise landing pages in GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Integrate form tracking, WhatsApp automation, and thank-you sequences.
  • Ensure full funnel flow from ad → lead → automation → booking.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Produce weekly reports on CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates.
  • Connect GHL, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics for unified reporting.
  • Recommend optimisation actions based on data.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Track competitor ads via Meta Ad Library.
  • Benchmark performance and creative trends.
  • Prepare monthly insight decks and recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Meta Ads Manager (lead generation + conversion campaigns).
  • Proficient in GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, dashboards).
  • Strong design skills (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
  • Copywriting ability for high-converting ad copy.
  • Understanding of dental, medical, or coaching niches (advantage).
  • Fluent in English with clear communication.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing the entire funnel independently.
