**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing our field sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring effective client acquisition for our property management services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Team Leadership:**   - Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.   - Provide guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and motivation.
2. **Strategic Planning:**   - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.   - Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
3. **Client Acquisition:**   - Personally handle key client relationships and large accounts.   - Drive the acquisition of new clients through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
4. **Training and Development:**   - Conduct regular training sessions for the field sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.   - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
5. **Market Analysis:**   - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.   - Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
6. **Reporting:**   - Generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.   - Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the senior management team.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Proven experience in a field sales management role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Strategic thinking with the ability to align sales efforts with organizational goals. - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales management.
