Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager and Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales operations in Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Banglore, Hyderabad & Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for driving distribution and B2C sales, managing channel partners, and meeting sales targets in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners across the assigned territory.
  • B2C Sales: Promote direct sales to end consumers including homeowners, builders, painters, and architects.
  • Market Penetration: Drive brand visibility in retail counters, hardware stores, and paint markets.
  • Team Handling: Recruit and manage local sales executives and field representatives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement area-specific sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product demos.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients, handle queries, and provide after-sales support.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly MIS, sales reports, and competitor activity reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Paints / Building Materials / FMCG Sales.
  • Strong network of painters, contractors, and retailers in the assigned cities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team leader.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
