Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Sambalpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis and reporting to senior management on sales performance.

  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Experience in the mechanical or industrial engineering sector is a plus
