Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Guwahati. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and crafting tailored solutions for customers' needs. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing reports and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture and construction industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales within the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
