We are seeking an 10 years experienced
Senior Media Consultant
I
mmediate joiners
only to lead strategic communication, content development, and media outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of proven expertise in journalism, media management, or advertising, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive impactful visibility across traditional and digital channels.

Requirements

• Post-Graduate Degree in
  Mass Communication / Journalism
  with a minimum of
  55% marks
  from a recognized university established under the UGC Act.
• Minimum
  10 years of post-qualification experience
  in one or more of the following: A reputed advertising or media firm,
  or
  As a Media Consultant with a
  Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) / NGO
  having regional or national outreach,
  or
  In the field of
  journalism or editorial content development.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Development & Editorial Work

• Independently edit, prepare, and compile news for newsletters, newspapers, and digital publications.
• Develop and curate high-quality content for newsletters, journals, magazines, brochures, books, and other publicity materials.
• Ensure editorial consistency, tone, and accuracy across all content and communication pieces.

2. Media Strategy & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic media campaigns to enhance organizational visibility.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with media houses, journalists, and publication partners.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage and ensure timely dissemination of press releases and news updates.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage and monitor the organization's official presence on platforms such as
  Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn
  , etc.
• Develop engaging social media content aligned with broader communication goals.
• Analyze digital engagement metrics to improve outreach and audience impact.

4. Creative Supervision

• Collaborate with design and production teams to conceptualize and produce impactful
  audio-visual and print communication.
• Review and approve communication collateral to ensure
  brand alignment and quality standards.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare periodic reports on media activities and maintain archives of coverage and publications.
• Provide testimonials or references to previously published or edited work as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional
  writing, editing, and proofreading
  skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Demonstrated experience in
  media planning, storytelling, and content strategy.
• Deep understanding of
  social media trends and digital engagement.
• Strong
  coordination, communication, and relationship-management
  skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines.
