The Role:
As a Senior Meta Media Buyer, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of DTC clients. Your primary goal will be to drive scalable growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) through expert campaign management on the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel Meta advertising strategies for DTC clients.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, targeting, creative testing, and daily optimization.
- Oversee and scale significant client ad budgets to exceed performance targets.
- Analyze campaign data (ROAS, CAC, CVR) to derive actionable insights and drive performance improvements.
- Communicate strategy and report on performance directly to clients.
- Mentor junior team members on media buying best practices.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
, preferably in an agency setting. - Proven track record of managing and scaling significant ad spend for DTC/e-commerce brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with other platforms (Google, Meta ) or DTC reporting tools (e.g., Triple Whale) is a plus.
