Role and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of our company's Social Media strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Managing and overseeing social media content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Measuring the success of each social media campaign and optimizing content based on results.
  • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Using social media marketing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support their initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitoring SEO and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals and influencers through social media networking.
  • Providing constructive feedback to improve performance and achieve objectives.
  • Adhering to company rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Presenting updates and reports to senior management on social media performance and outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the education industry or general services industry will be preferred.
  • Proven track record as a social media strategist, utilizing various platforms to increase brand awareness and impressions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
