
Inside Sales Intern

We're looking for a driven, curious, and articulate Inside Sales Intern to support our revenue team in identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential leads. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes of B2B sales, sharpen your communication skills, and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools and LinkedIn
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to schedule meetings
- Assist in crafting personalized messaging and sales collateral
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Support reporting and analytics on lead conversion and campaign performance
What You'll Learn
- End-to-end sales funnel management
- CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms
- Cold outreach techniques and objection handling
- B2B buyer personas and industry segmentation
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with outreach and engaging new people
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email tools
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
