PRIMARY AND MANDATORY TASKS

A.   Production Planning

  • Assist in creating weekly and daily production plan and schedule
  • Assist in planning human resources to meet production targets
  • Assist in planning materials to meet production targets
  • Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Issuing daily work slips to the subordinates and associates

B.   Supervising and Training

  • Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
  • Supervising container stuffing and loading

C.  Ensuring Quality Standards

  • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Company's production processes

D.  Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis

E.  Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques

F.   Observing the safety requirements

G.  Create storage plans for finished goods

H.  Ensures scrap collection

SECONDARY AND SUPPORTING TASKS

A.   Documentation and Report

  • Manage and review all operational product and process documentation and ERP system information changes (including bills of materials, product routings and design change requests)
  • Updating work orders in ERP
