Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in driving revenue growth. Were looking for someone who can master cold calls, confidently connect with founders and decision-makers, and use a consultative, solution-oriented approach to convert prospects into long-term customers. You should be able to pick up the phone, dial, and turn a cold lead into a warm opportunity — and then follow through with persistence until closure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Drive outbound cold calls with confidence, building trust with founders and CXOs
  • Apply a consultative sales approach, understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Manage and track your sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Convert cold prospects into warm leads through consistent engagement and strong follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve the sales pipeline and go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B inside-sales experience (B2B sales experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional cold calling and prospecting skills; fearless in reaching out to senior leaders/founders
  • Strong communication, confidence-building, and rapport-building ability
  • Solution-oriented with a consultative sales mindset
  • Must be excellent at follow-ups and nurturing prospects into paying customers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
