Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, pre-sales activities, and digital marketing efforts. The role involves coordinating between sales, marketing, and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and effective execution of digital sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Assist sales team in qualifying leads, preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, client calls, product demos, and presentations.
- Manage CRM entries, sales pipeline updates, and reporting.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, tender documentation, and contract follow-up.
- Liaise between clients and internal departments (technical, marketing, operations).
- Must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, pre-sales, along with digital marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing software).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in sales & digital marketing trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
