About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Indian vendor accounts, invoice processing, and statutory filings such as GST and TDS. You will be responsible for managing the company's payables, ensuring timely vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

v Process, verify, and post vendor invoices (minimum 50–100 invoices per day) with accuracy and efficiency.

v Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice receipt, validation, and payment processing.

v Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

v Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to GST and TDS filings.

v Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and support month-end closing activities.

v Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment queries and documentation.

v Assist in preparing reports and supporting documents for audits.

v Monitor and maintain the accounts payable aging report and follow up on outstanding balances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

v Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).

v Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.

v Strong knowledge of Indian vendor management, GST filing, and TDS filing.

v Proficiency in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

v Excellent attention to detail and ability to process a high volume of invoices daily.

v Strong communication and coordination skills.

v Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

v Candidates with prior experience in managing Indian vendor accounts are highly preferred.

v Should be able to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

v Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
