We're looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to help manage day-to-day accounting and reporting across our three operational rice manufacturing units. The role involves preparing daily sales, production, loading, and bad debt recovery reports, as well as coordinating updates with brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales, production, and loading data
  • Track and update bad debt recovery reports
  • Enter transactions and manage ledgers in Tally
  • Use Excel to prepare summaries and share updates with management
  • Coordinate process updates and reports to brokers
  • Support the senior accountant and management with routine tasks

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Tally and Excel is required
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
  • Good communication skills; ability to read/write/speak Tamil preferred (NOT required)
  • Must have good attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and report to manager/boss regularly
  • Own laptop preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
