
Sales Coordinator

The role of a Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the internal and external customers, responding to complaints from customers and making and providing after-sales support on a timely basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER CREATION
- Deals with New Party Updation, CAF Enhancement (CAF & DAF)
SPA & SO RELEASE
- All SPAs Branch.
- Sending Quotations as per instructions from Sales representatives
- Follow up with A/C for getting SO release
- Blocked & Open SO's follow up with sales team
PAYMENTS
- Checks accounts of the trade partner.
- Collecting the cheques from the sales team and hand it over to A/C dept
- Cheque deposits of the trade partner.
RETURN GOODS & CN
- Co-ordinating with SCM, A/C and field staff for settling the CN related to short supplies and other sales related issues
- Credit notes
SCHEMES
- Mason, Counter, Painter & Other promotional meet Approvals
- Monthly Promotional Material request to HO
- Sending Proposal for Scheme approvals
REPORTS
- All kind of reports required by BM, RM or HS.
CONVEYANCE
- Sales team monthly expenses clerical checking and handing it over to A/C dept
CO-ORDINATION
- Coordinate with Sales team.
- Follow-ups with HO, Branches
- Support team with data.
OTHERS
- Maintaining of Database of architects, Masons etc.
- Payment reminders follow ups.
- Preparation of Various Reports
- Preparing the ledger statement of the channel partner and sending it directly as per the request of the team member
- Attendance Sheet send to HR
- Arranging the interviews of new employees, sending the documents and follow up with HR for issuing offer letters & appointment letters
