Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Collections Manager located in Panipat and Rohtak, India. The Executive Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include managing a team of collections agents, implementing and monitoring collections strategies, identifying and mitigating risk factors, and working closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Experience in collections management and debt recovery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to develop and implement effective collections strategies
  • Familiarity with legal aspects related to debt collection
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
