Job Summary:

We are seeking a female Collection Executive with a polite and professional demeanor to join our reputed travel domain company. This is a sitting office job (no field work) focused on handling collection calls, client coordination, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Polite, professional, and confident in handling collection calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge for follow-ups and maintaining records.
