Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
HR Executive
who will play a dual role involving both
Recruitment
and
HR Operations
. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process while also ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics.

HR Operations

  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and letters.
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Facilitate exit formalities and maintain FnF records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience
    in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manufacturing or related industry is a plus
