We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2700 employees in ore than 850 branches over India.
Department:- Garments Division
Eligibility criteria:-
Work Experience and Educational qualification:-
- Minimum
2-3 years
of Sales and Business Development, Marketing Strategies, Team Handling
experience with a focus on the Garments Division. - Must have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Require key skills:-
- Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis.
- Negotiation, Communication, Trend Analysis, Retail Management, Sales Training.
- Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Reports preparation and management.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Remunerations and benefits:-
- Ranging from Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000/- (Negotiable as per Experience, Knowledge and performance in interview) + benefits.
