Role & Responsibilities

  • Recognizing the manpower needs and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
  • Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
  • Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records, Managing the HR database and employee documentation process.
  • Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Ensure the compliance of the employees with all HR policies.
  • Efficiently counsel employees whenever necessary.
  • Oversee the termination process of the employees. Conducting exit interviews only to identify and learn the reason for resignation or termination.
  • Managing employee engagement activities.

Need a Graduate

Location Bandra West

Work Time 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Work Experience needed - 2 5 years

Working Days Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays working.
