Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and training coordination to onboarding, payroll, and leave management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with trainers to schedule and organise employee training sessions.
  • Track training attendance and progress of new hires.
  • Onboarding
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organisation.
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation, contracts, and orientation materials.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records using HR systems or spreadsheets.
  • Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Employee Relations & HR Administration
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11, ₹12,000.00 per month
