Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR management, conducting employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
  • Employee Relations skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Timing- 11am To 8pm
