Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring effective employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing various aspects of human resources management. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, policy development, strengthening organizational culture, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in HR Management, including workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations and implementing efficient processes
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
  • Experience in designing, maintaining, and executing HR Policies tailored to organizational needs
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR), including regulatory compliance and organizational behavior
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is an advantage
