Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla for a Human Resources Operations Manager. The Human Resources Operations Manager will handle day-to-day HR operations, Employee Life Cycle from Hire to Retire, including the development and implementation of HR policies, and SOPs, BGV, PMS, C&B, Appraisals and Ince tive Calculations. Responsibilities include overseeing HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company norms, and managing employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Management, including HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Management
  • Skilled is MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR policies
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
