Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Senior Recovery Executive. The Senior Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing recovery activities, ensuring the timely collection of overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients. Additional tasks include reviewing and analyzing delinquent accounts, developing recovery strategies, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in recovery management and credit analysis
- Proficiency in developing recovery strategies and handling delinquent accounts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Experience in working with diverse teams and coordinating cross-departmental activities
- Knowledge of financial services and NBFC industry practices
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recovery management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
