Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and business goals. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop graphics for various media, including digital and print.
- Assist in creating designs for marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all projects.
- Edit and refine images, layouts, and other design elements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project objectives.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining design files and assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships included).
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Understanding of design principles and best practices for digital and print media.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
