**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visual content that communicates our brand, supports marketing initiatives, and enhances user engagement. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to develop concepts and execute designs for a variety of platforms including web, social media, advertising, and print.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of creative design concepts and layouts for digital and print materials.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Take feedback and make revisions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Portfolio showcasing design skills (academic or freelance work accepted).

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of digital marketing or UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with Canva or other design tools.
