**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Work closely with the E-Commerce Content Manager to design visually compelling assets, content and site updates and refreshes for use across our global, responsive websites
- Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach
- Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards
- Lead the Junior and Midweight Graphic Designers and provide guidance in executing design best practice, industry developments, new programs and ways of working
- Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, as well as the key market trends, new regulations and developments
- Manage and take responsibility for the design team workload, carefully planning tasks, monitoring execution, managing expectations and communication with the wider business
- Coach and give feedback to junior members of the team to develop and grow expertise

**Skills & Experience required**
- **1- 5 years of experience required.**:

- Outstanding creative and graphic design skills with the ability to demonstrate clear understanding of brand identity ideally within a luxury market
- **Expert knowledge of Corel draw, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign**:

- Ability to deliver exceptional content designs to strict deadlines within a fast paced retail environment essential
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
