**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling designs for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute engaging visual content.
- Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
- Produce and edit graphics for video, animation, and other multimedia projects as needed.
- Prepare final artwork for print and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in creating designs for web and print.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- [Optional] Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
