**Job Description**:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Webeedream Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling visual content that captivates and engages our target audience. You will work closely with our design team and collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and design materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics and design materials for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand consistency across all materials.
- Marketing Collateral: Design marketing collateral such as banners, posters, flyers, and brochures.
- Digital Assets: Design engaging digital assets for our website and social media platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs.
- Feedback: Accept constructive feedback and incorporate changes as necessary.
- Adherence to Deadlines: Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design materials.
- Skill Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your design skills.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple design projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**:
The starting salary for the Junior Graphic Designer position is ₹12,000 INR per month.
