About the Role:We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and a passion for bringing ideas to life. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both static and motion design tools, capable of creating visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.Create brand visuals, logos, and layouts consistent with company standards.Work on video editing, animations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver compelling visuals for online and offline platforms.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques.Think creatively to develop new design concepts, visuals, and layouts.Required Skills & Software Proficiency:Graphic Design Tools: Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAWAnimation & Video Editing Tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of any similar tool is a plus)Other Qualities:Strong visual imagination and a unique creative mindsetExcellent attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and work in a collaborative environmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome).Selection Process:On the day of the interview, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical design task to evaluate their creativity, technical skills, and visual thinking ability.
