**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer** to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphics Designer, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members to assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling designs for both **digital** and **print media**. Your contributions will be key in bringing ideas to life, creating vibrant branding materials, engaging social media content, eye-catching advertisements, and more. If you have a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to work in a collaborative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and enhance your design skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Visual Design Creation**: Help conceptualize and produce design assets for digital campaigns, print materials, presentations, and website visuals.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work alongside senior designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure designs are aligned with project goals and brand identity.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency**: Help uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual designs and marketing collateral.
- **Refine Designs**: Contribute to the refinement of design concepts by preparing mockups, prototypes, and revisions based on feedback from senior designers and project managers.
- **Prepare Assets for Production**: Format design files for digital and print output, ensuring they are print-ready and meet the required specifications.
- **Learn and Grow**: Continuously improve your skills by staying current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Project Management Support**: Assist in organizing and archiving design assets and files to ensure smooth project execution.

**Tools & Software Proficiency**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- **Canva** (for quick design tasks or templates).
