As a Junior Graphics Designer at RiseCommerce, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for e-commerce websites, logos, AI image generation, mobile app UI design, and UI/UX design. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for design and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the design team to develop innovative and creative solutions for various projects.
- Create high-quality graphics for e-commerce websites, including banners, product images, and promotional materials.
- Design eye-catching logos that accurately represent the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to generate images and graphics efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet functional requirements and align with project goals.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for mobile apps, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
- Assist in UI/UX design tasks, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work when appropriate.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Previous experience or internship in graphic design is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to undergo professional graphics design training provided by the company.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,585.44 per month
