Experience Required:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bath Fittings / Sanitary Ware industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management on time.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of bath fittings and the sanitary ware market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Good networking with dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects, contractors, builders) in the respective region.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification:
• Graduate (any discipline). MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
